Some problems need someone standing in front of the machine. A printer that will not talk to anything, Wi-Fi that dies halfway down the building, a server making a noise it did not make last week, or a new office that needs setting up from empty.

We cover Leeds and the surrounding area, and we aim for the same day where we can.

How does it work?

1. Describe the problem by phone or WhatsApp.
2. We check whether remote would be faster. If it would, we do that instead.
3. We book a time that suits you rather than a four-hour window.
4. We fix it and explain it, and tell you if anything is likely to recur.

Is a visit always necessary?

No, and we would rather tell you that than charge for the drive. Software faults, email, account access and most Microsoft 365 problems are quicker and cheaper through remote support. A visit earns its cost when the problem is physical, when the internet itself is down, or when several things need doing at once and it is simpler to work through them in person.
